We have been customers of Blau Sudden Service since they purchased Air Comfort Systems, and were customers of Air Comfort since 1992. Many of the Air Comfort employees continued with Blau. We have always had excellent service from our technicians and the secretaries that answer the phones almost always know us and greet us as such (we don't have to call very often!). The technicians greet us by name when they arrive. They explain everything that they will be doing and everything that needs follow up. They are very patient with our questions and don't seem in a rush to leave, thus rushing the questions and making us feel as though we can't still ask. For this reason, we almost never need to call for clarification after. Technicians are very honest with us and with the repairs that may need to be done. Very pleased overall and will continue to use this service. By the way, we have the service care plan which keeps our AC and Heating units running smoothly.
